Hailey Kramer

Hailey Kramer is a Global Real Estate Valuations Analyst and former Global Real Estate Debt Management Analyst at Chatham Financial since July 2020. Previously, Hailey served as a Fund Analyst for the Wheaton College Student-Managed Investment Fund, managing a $100,000 endowment fund and conducting investment analysis. Additional experience includes roles at Wheaton College as an Accounting Tutor, Debate Teacher's Assistant, Executive Vice President of Technology and Finance, and member of the Debate Club Travel Team. Hailey also completed a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst position at U.S. Bank and worked as a Private Equity Analyst at WHEATON CAPITAL. Education includes a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Wheaton College, attended the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, and participated in a summer study abroad at The London School of Economics.
