Alysson Storey

Alysson Storey is a seasoned communications and planning specialist with extensive experience in municipal governance, non-profit organizations, and cultural sector development. Currently serving as a Municipal Councillor for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since November 2022, Alysson represents Ward 6 while ensuring the interests of the public are maintained. In addition, Alysson is the Communications Associate at Trinity Centres Foundation, focusing on content creation and strategic outreach for community-based initiatives. Previously, Alysson held roles including Communications & Planning Specialist at ADS Consulting Group, where expertise in government advocacy and community development was demonstrated, and Manager of Culture & Special Events for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, overseeing significant cultural initiatives and budgets. With a strong educational background from Queen's University in Art History and History, Alysson combines superior communication skills with a proven track record in public engagement and strategic planning across multiple sectors.
