Chad Murphy

Chad Murphy is an experienced Application Engineer currently employed at Kurita Canada since October 2010, specializing in water analysis and treatment chemistry for commercial and industrial applications. In addition to this role, Chad has served the Township of St. Clair since July 2015 in various capacities including District Chief, District Deputy Chief, and Volunteer Firefighter (Captain), overseeing daily operations, emergency scene management, and training within the fire department. Chad has also contributed to the Chatham-Kent Fire Department since January 2004 as a Volunteer Firefighter and Public Education Assistant, focusing on fire safety education for the community. Chad's earlier experience includes over 14 years at Ashland, Inc. as an Application Engineer, providing services related to water treatment for HVAC and industrial systems. Chad holds an Associate's Degree in Chemical Engineering Technology from Cambrian College.
