Jeff Hagan

Jeff Hagan has an extensive background in transportation engineering and planning, with experience in various roles at different organizations such as the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, City of Windsor, and C.C. Tatham & Associates Ltd. Jeff holds a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has also completed the Emerging Leader Program at the DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University.
