David Zhu

David Zhu, CPA, CA, MTax, currently serves as a Franchise Partner at Chatime Canada since January 2023 and as a Part-time Professor at Seneca College, delivering courses in Intermediate Financial Accounting and Personal and Corporate Tax Software Applications. In addition, David holds the role of Senior Tax Avoidance Auditor with the Canada Revenue Agency since March 2020 and has been a Graduate Assistant and Research Assistant at Toronto Metropolitan University and CPA Ontario, respectively. Previously, David worked at EY as a Tax Manager and has experience with the Ontario Public Service as a Research Analyst. David earned a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Ryerson University.
