Philip Pugliese

Philip Pugliese has extensive experience in transportation consulting and management, currently serving as Principal and CEO of Prova Group LLC since 2002, where a focus on active transportation modes is emphasized. As General Manager of Planning and Grants at the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority since January 2017, Philip has been instrumental in innovative public transportation initiatives, including the Electric Shuttle program and the Bike Chattanooga Bicycle Transit System. Prior roles include Project Director for the Multimodal Transportation Center Study at the Chattanooga Hamilton County Regional Planning Agency and Bicycle Coordinator for the Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization. Philip has also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and held operational leadership positions at Unishippers and Airborne Express. Philip's education includes an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BA in History from Georgia State University, along with coursework in a doctoral program in Learning and Leadership.
