Randi Fechter

Randi Fechter is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in executive management and administrative coordination across various sectors. Currently serving as Finance Director and Virtual Executive Assistant at ChatterBoss since September 2021, Randi provides dedicated support to entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Business Manager at Honor Yoga, overseeing daily operations for a franchise with 23 locations, and Executive Director at the New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutors Association, managing membership and finances for the non-profit organization. Randi's experience also includes administrative roles at A.W. Martin and DiverseStyle, as well as leadership in organizing a successful Cub Scout summer camp. Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University.
