Jenny Winfield

Jenny Winfield is an experienced professional in research and impact measurement, currently serving as Head of Research and Impact at CHAYN, where the focus is on supporting survivors of gender-based violence. In addition, Jenny is an Impact and Evaluation consultant for Women in Prison, helping the organization evaluate projects for their 40th anniversary. As a freelance Design, Research, and Strategy Director, Jenny collaborates on diverse innovation projects, leading teams to create user-centered products and services. Previous roles include design research and strategy lead at IDEO, where significant contributions were made on global health and financial inclusion initiatives. Jenny holds a Master of Science in Social and Cultural Anthropology from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
