Elitsa Rikenberg

Elitsa Rikenberg has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Elitsa is currently the Head of Program Execution at CHC Helicopter. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance Tolk/Oversetter for languages such as English, Norwegian, and Bulgarian. Elitsa also held positions at Karabin AS as a Manager and Senior Consultant, Go-Ahead Nordic as a Planansvarlig, Vy as a Plansjef and Teamleder, Sola Videregående Skole as a Lektor, Compass Group Norge as a Personalkoordinator/Administrasjonskonsulent, Archer as a Consultant, and Advokatfirma Rekve, Mitsem & Co DA as a Secretary/PA, HR - assistant. Elitsa's early work experience includes positions at Tou Scene as a Driftsleder.

Elitsa Rikenberg has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2001, they attended Southwest University Neophit Rilski in Bulgaria, where they studied Applied Linguistics with a focus on English and Norwegian. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management at the University of Stavanger. Their field of study during this period included Bedriftsadministrasjon, ledelse og drift. Later, they enrolled in the same university again and completed their Master's degree in Change Management from 2010 to 2012. In 2018, Elitsa briefly attended the University of Stavanger to study Lean Management.
