Jaime Bustos has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Jaime currently holds the position of Vice President of Supply Chain at CHC Helicopter. Prior to their current role, they worked at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, where they served as the Managing Director of Mine process procurement and Director of Supply Chain Management. At CODELCO, they led teams responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing commercial relationships with equipment suppliers, and overseeing the procurement of services, goods, and construction projects for mining operations. Before joining CODELCO, Jaime worked at American Airlines, where they held various leadership positions in procurement and supply chain management. Jaime managed multimillion-dollar budgets, directed teams, and implemented cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, Jamie previously founded and operated their own company, Coviar Chile. Overall, Jaime Bustos has a diverse range of experience in supply chain management and procurement in the mining and aviation industries.

Jaime Bustos obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Jaime then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they also accomplished a Magister en Administracion de Empresas (MBA) with a focus on General Management at Pontificia Universidad Catolica, where they were enrolled from 1994 to 1995.
