Stephen Taylor has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Stephen is currently working as a Senior Operations Manager at Wells Fargo since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Customer Transformation Director at CheckAlt starting from 2019.

Stephen's earlier experience includes working at First Union National Bank from 1996 to 2003. During this time, they held the positions of Southern Regional Lockbox Manager and Retail Lockbox Manager, overseeing operations, performance, and team management for multiple lockbox sites and a large team.

Furthermore, Stephen worked at CashFlex from 1992 to 1996 as a General Manager, where they managed daily retail lockbox, wholesale lockbox, and data entry operations. Stephen successfully built the Tampa site from startup, expanding the team from 27 employees to over 175.

Finally, Stephen started their career at Barnett Bank in 1988, where they worked as an Operations Manager. Stephen consolidated four Florida lockbox sites into one and managed daily retail lockbox operations with a large staff.

Overall, Stephen Taylor has a wealth of experience in operations management, process improvement, team leadership, and lockbox services within the banking industry.

Stephen Taylor completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of North Florida from 1985 to 1987.
