Harsh Gaurav

Harsh Gaurav has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of customer success, management, and software development. Harsh is currently working at Checkmarx as the Manager of Customer Success for the SAARC & EMEA regions since April 2021. Previously, they served as the Interim Team Lead of Customer Success for the APAC, ANZ & MEA regions from July 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Checkmarx, Harsh Gaurav founded their own company, DigiPruthvi Solutions Pvt. Ltd., in September 2019. Their role as a Founder involved providing services to over 50 government organizations across various states in India. Harsh also conducted drone and satellite imagery-based surveys for the purpose of preparing digital maps and updating tax revenue records for an Urban Local Body.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Harsh worked at Perfios Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 to 2021. Harsh held several roles at the company, including Manager of Customer Success and Pre Sales from January 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they managed customer relationships and technical integrations. Harsh also resolved Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues and successfully onboarded over 150 customers. Harsh also served as a Customer Onboarding Specialist from January 2017 to December 2017, where they focused on technical integrations and issue resolution. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer and an Intern in different periods during their time at Perfios.

Harsh Gaurav's education history begins with their enrollment at Don Bosco Academy in Patna, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science until 2009. Harsh then attended DAV Public School, where they continued to focus on Mathematics and Computer Science until 2011.

In 2016, Harsh Gaurav pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science at PES University. This educational commitment allowed him to develop a strong foundational knowledge in the field.

Furthermore, in 2021, Harsh Gaurav obtained an additional certification in Remote Sensing from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), which is a part of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).

The same year, in 2023, Harsh Gaurav attended the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, where they obtained a certification as a Remote Aircraft Pilot with a specialization in the Private Aircraft Pilot field.
