Ilan Shtokhamer

Ilan Shtokhamer has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Ilan currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Checkmarx, where they manage multiple teams of software engineering and DevOps. Their responsibilities including working with AWS technologies and building Microservices with Node. Prior to this, Ilan served as a Software Group Manager and Software Team Leader at Checkmarx, demonstrating their growth within the company. Before joining Checkmarx, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company for three years. Additionally, Ilan has experience as the Head of Engineering at Codebashing, where they oversaw the engineering department. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Mini Hotel and served as the Co-Founder and CTO, developing their flagship Property Management System. Their tenure at Mini Hotel lasted for five years. Ilan also worked as a Software Developer at Matan Consulting from 2010 to 2011. Overall, Ilan Shtokhamer has a strong background in software engineering, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Ilan Shtokhamer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition, they have acquired a certification in Learning Docker from LinkedIn in February 2021.
