Katie Belton is an accomplished professional in customer success with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Checkmarx since September 2023. Prior to this, Katie held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Paper and served in multiple senior leadership roles at Copado, including Senior Director, Customer Success. Katie's career began at Workiva, where notable contributions included managing enterprise customer success teams and overseeing onboarding projects. Early experience includes underwriting at Chubb and a communications role at LG Electronics. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
