Varya Golovina

Varya Golovina has a diverse work experience in various industries. Varya worked as a Program Manager at Checkmarx starting from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Issuu as an Integrations Manager from September 2022 to March 2023. In this role, they prioritized opportunities for building and increasing the adoption of product integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth product development.

From 2020 to 2022, Varya worked at TikTok in two different roles. Varya started as the TikTok for Business Eastern Europe Project Team Lead, handling strategic campaigns for major partners. Varya successfully completed projects valued at millions of dollars yearly and optimized operational processes and procedures for seamless product launch.

Later, they became a Senior Project Manager at TikTok, where they created the local project execution workflow and onboarded a team. Varya designed and executed client-facing educational workshops and collaborated with the policy team to unlock revenue opportunities through policy changes.

Before TikTok, Varya was the Manager of Special Projects at Sports.ru from February 2016 to January 2020. In this role, they gained experience in business development and account management, delivering projects for clients from various industries, including car brands, retail, FMCG, and pharmaceutical companies.

Varya Golovina completed their Bachelor's degree in Private International Law from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO. Varya attended the university from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including the Product Management Foundations from Reforge in September 2022, the Lighthouse leadership programme from TikTok in June 2022, the Graphs & Charts Course from Bonnie&Slide School in March 2022, and the Power of PowerPoint Course from Bonnie&Slide School in November 2021.
