Victoria Shapira has a diverse range of work experience. Victoria started their career in 2014 as a Business Development and Social Media Intern at Signals Intelligence Group. In 2014, they also worked as a Project Manager and Coordinator for French speakers at the International Security Academy in Israel.

Victoria Shapira has a diverse education history. Victoria began their academic journey in 2008 at the Université de Strasbourg, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Droit. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2012, Victoria enrolled at Reichman University. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, général, graduating in 2015.

Continuing their education, Victoria pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications and New Media at Reichman University, which they completed in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Victoria has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In December 2021, they completed the Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers course from LinkedIn, followed by the Engagement Preparation Best Practices for Customer Success Management course in January 2022. Additionally, in February 2022, they completed the Checkmarx Management Fundamental Course offered by Checkmarx. Victoria also obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in December 2021.
