Aleya P. has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries. Aleya began their career at McKinsey & Company in 2011 as an Executive Assistant to a Partner, where they worked until 2014. Aleya then transitioned to Kaiser Permanente as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director from 2015 to 2016. Following that, Aleya worked at Fox Entertainment as an Executive Assistant/Project Manager from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Premier Enterprise Media Services as a Senior Project Manager and stayed there until 2021. Aleya then worked at Green Schools National Network as an Operations/Project Manager from 2021 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Cast & Crew. Currently, Aleya holds the position of Executive Operations (People) at Checkr, Inc. starting in 2023.

Aleya P. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Fayetteville State University. In 2012, they attended Full Sail University where they studied Graphic Design. Aleya P. also holds several certificates, including Cloud Practitioner Essentials and Business Professional (Digital) from AWS Partner Central, which they completed in 2020. In 2019, they earned a Certificate in Project Management from UCLA Extension.
