Chitra Swaminathan

Chitra Swaminathan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Chitra is currently working at Checkr, Inc. as an Oracle ERP Cloud Architect and Delivery Manager since April 2022. Prior to that, they spent over a decade at GE, where they held the role of Principal Consultant - Manager. In this position, they led ERP and HRMS implementation, as well as various digital transformation initiatives such as Oracle EBS digitization, ERP Cloud rollout, and HCM Transformation. Chitra managed overall delivery and customer success for ERP and HCM digital teams. Before joining GE, Chitra worked at Oracle India Private Limited from 2007 to 2011.
