David Gay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. David also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in May 2023.
