Jason Girod

Jason Girod has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as an intern at the US Marshal Service, where they assisted with daily prisoner and court operations. From 2013 to 2016, they held multiple roles at Uber, including Regional Operations Manager in Southeast Asia, where they optimized regional business operations, and Regional Operations & Strategy Manager on the West Coast, where they developed and managed competitive operational processes across 15+ markets. In 2016, they worked as the Head of Local Growth at Omni Projects Inc., leading growth marketing efforts and developing the company's marketing strategy. Jason then became the Head of Operations, Growth, & Expansion at Worldpackers, managing global operations, launch, and expansion, along with marketing efforts. Jason later joined Wonolo as the Director of Supply Operations, overseeing all operational processes related to the supply side of the business and managing a large team. In 2022, Jason joined Deep Sentinel as the Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing operational aspects. Currently, they are the Director of Compliance Operations at Checkr, Inc.

Jason Girod obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they pursued a Minor in Spanish at both Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Viña del Mar in 2008. These minors focused on the study of the Spanish language and culture.
