Lisa Dote has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Lisa began their career at Hewlett Packard as an IT Engineer, where they created an online documentation repository and coordinated test efforts for payroll projects. Lisa then worked at Agilent Technologies as an IT Sr. Engineer, leading a technical migration project and managing the implementation of various compensation projects. Later, they joined Avago Technologies as an IT Product Manager, managing HR activities and leading successful payroll implementations. Lisa then moved to Taleo as a Senior Technical Project Manager, providing project management consultation and leading integration activities for software deployments. Lisa then worked at Oracle as a Senior Consulting Manager, managing a team of consultants and ensuring successful billing of services. Lisa also worked at Accela, Inc. as a Sr. Manager Project Management, overseeing a multi-phase services implementation for the City of Seattle. Most recently, they held the role of Director Customer Success & Project Management at Ayasdi, where they created a customer-success focused business and served customers in global locations. Currently, Lisa works as the Sr. Director Customer Implementation at Checkr, Inc.

Lisa Dote completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in the years 1988 to 1993. Lisa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 1995 to 1997.
