Sprague Brodie has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They started their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Business Technology Analyst, where they worked on modernizing reporting and analytics for the Transportation Security Administration's Secure Flight program. They also served as a Consultant, leading the rollout of new software for automated analytical reporting.

They then joined Amazon as a Senior Product Manager Intern, where they focused on strategic market research and store launch planning for the Kindle book store. At Deloitte Consulting, they later returned as a Senior Consultant, working on projects such as migrating a client's marketing website to a new CMS and conducting a content management assessment for a Fortune 500 company.

In 2015, Sprague Brodie joined Netflix as a Manager of Technology Planning & Analysis, before moving on to Google in 2017. At Google, they held the positions of Manager of Google Cloud SMB Growth Programs and Global Head of SMB Growth Programs for Google Cloud. In these roles, they managed global teams and led various growth initiatives, including analyzing online funnels and business KPIs, conducting market and customer research, developing growth strategies, and managing cross-functional projects.

They then joined Stripe in 2022 as the Growth Strategy & Operations Lead, overseeing web funnel channel strategies. Currently, they are working at Checkr, Inc. as the Director of RevOps Programs & Analytics, responsible for revenue operations programs.

Sprague Brodie completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with High Distinction at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they studied at Georgetown University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from the Walsh School of Foreign Service, with a focus on Science, Technology, and International Affairs. In 2007, they participated in a study abroad program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. Sprague Brodie also attended Milton Academy from 2001 to 2005, although the degree and field of study obtained there are unknown. In addition to their formal education, they received a certification in "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2016.
