Vu Francois

Vu Francois has a diverse work experience, starting from 2015 onwards. They worked as a Freelance Designer at The Artist Armory from January 2015 to May 2017. From June 2016 to June 2017, they served as a Product Manager and Lead Interactive Product Designer at 900lbs of Creative. In 2017, they pursued an MBA at Cornell Tech, where they were involved in various roles, such as a Go-to-Market Strategy MBA Consultant for Emerj and a member of the Toyota x Inamoto & Co. Studio Challenge Team. In 2018, Vu co-founded Craterland and also worked as a Product Design Mentor at Techstars. Later in 2019, they co-founded OKO and served as the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer until July 2021. From August 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Product Manager at Theorem, LLC. In 2021, they co-founded Soko, which was later acquired by Checkr. Currently, Vu is working as a Venture Associate at Republic since April 2022 and also holds the position of Senior Product Manager at Checkr, Inc. since January 2022.

Vu Francois completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2014. Later, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
