Joel Vargas has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Reservations Assistant at The World's 50 Best Restaurants since March 2017. Concurrently, Joel has worked at Cheeca Lodge & Spa since December 2011 in various roles including Food & Beverage, Banquet Server, and Food & Beverage Runner, focusing on high-level event execution and service in a four-diamond resort environment. Academically, Joel holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Universidad ESAN and a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, along with language studies in French and English from Alliance française de Toulouse and Waterford Institute of Technology, respectively.
