Rebecca Mandra

Rebecca Mandra has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Rebecca started their career at Walgreens as a Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal, where they prepared purchase agreements and negotiated terms. Rebecca then moved to Nalco as a Corporate Paralegal, where they reviewed and negotiated sales agreements and facilitated entity registrations.

Rebecca's career then transitioned to Masuda Funai, where they served as a Merger & Acquisition Paralegal, handling financial filings and supporting client reorganization projects. Rebecca also implemented a database to improve organization.

Afterwards, Rebecca joined Comcast as a Human Resources Assistant, where they managed employment records and coordinated interviews. Rebecca then worked at benefitexpress as a Benefits Specialist, assisting employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.

Rebecca then joined Transcendia, Inc. as an HR Coordinator before being promoted to HR Generalist 1 and HR Generalist 2. Their responsibilities included coordinating HR activities and providing support in employee relations and recruiting.

Rebecca then joined Raymundos Food Group, LLC as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, before landing their current role as the Human Resources Manager at Cheese Merchants of America. In this role, they oversee HR operations and strategies.

Rebecca Mandra has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution from 2014 to 2015. In 2005, they completed an AAS in Paralegal Studies from Elgin Community College. Additionally, Rebecca has obtained several certifications, including being a Founding Member of Naperville Professional Women for Good (obtained in January 2023), being a SHRM-Certified Professional (obtained in February 2021), and being a Professional in Human Resources (obtained in May 2017) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
