Cosmas Bisticas is an Executive Chef with extensive experience in openings and expertise in Greek cuisine. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Elaia Estiatorio since June 2017, Cosmas also works as an Executive Chef Consultant since January 2005. Previous roles include Executive Consulting Chef at Wallabout Seafood and Co., Executive Chef at The Greek, and consulting chef at Okeanos Restaurant. Cosmas was part of the opening crew at Nerai Greek Restaurant Manhattan as Chef de Cuisine. Cosmas studied culinary arts at The Art Institutes from 2003 to 2004.
