Juan D. Cardona is the owner and chef of Chef Junction. Juan has over 10 years of experience in the food industry, starting as an exercise project officer at 75 TC. Juan then went on to become the owner of COFCA Marketing Group before eventually becoming the owner and chef of Chef Junction. Juan is known for their creative and innovative dishes, as well as their ability to create trendsetting training events.

Juan D. Cardona has an associates degree in restaurant management from The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute. Juan also has a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot.
