Sonal Khanna

Sonal Khanna currently serves as the Director of PMO - Strategic Projects at Chegg Inc. since June 2021, previously holding the position of Principal Program Manager. In this role, Sonal supports the portfolio and roadmap for the Trust & Security organization and leads various strategic projects across multiple functions. Prior to joining Chegg, Sonal was with Workday from November 2014 to June 2021, where key achievements included leading the transformation to virtual training during the COVID-19 pandemic, managing the implementation of the Workday Learning Center, and overseeing vendor selection for certification training programs. Sonal's career also includes significant experience in instructional design and e-learning development at organizations such as Kaiser Permanente and Pay By Touch. Sonal holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and completed high school at Apeejay School in India.
