Garry Arseneault

Garry Arseneault is currently the Commissioner at Chelan County PUD. Garry has previously worked in various roles in the energy industry.

Garry Arseneault has a background in social psychology and public communications. Garry attended the American Farm Bureau Communications Boot Camp in Washington, D.C. and later studied at Washington State University. Garry also has a degree in business administration and management from Wenatchee Valley College and a degree in organizational leadership from Eastern Washington University.
