Libby Siebens

Libby Siebens is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager at Chelan County PUD since July 2023. Prior to this role, Libby spent 15 years at Wenatchee Valley College as the Executive Director of Community Relations, overseeing strategic communications, media and legislative relations, marketing, and advertising for a tri-county district. Libby was also the lead public information officer and crisis communications manager, providing public relations counsel to senior leadership as a member of the president’s cabinet. With a diverse background in communications, Libby held various positions at organizations such as the Student Assistance Foundation and the Montana Guaranteed Student Loan Program, focusing on communications and outreach. Libby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications/Journalism from Washington State University.
