Louise Goodwin

Louise Goodwin has extensive experience in local government and organizational change, currently serving as Director of Connected Chelmsford at Chelmsford City Council since January 2007. In addition to this role, Louise is a board member at Colchester Art Centre, a position held since 2007. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Organizational Change at Bedfordshire County Council from 2005 to 2007 and as Head of Corporate Services at Colchester Borough Council from 1990 to 2005. Louise holds a Master’s degree in HR strategy from the University of East Anglia and has completed certifications in NLP, including Master Practitioner NLP and NLP practitioner training, focusing on leadership with integrity.
