Mike Smith

Mike Smith is an experienced IT specialist with over 30 years in the Information Technology field, primarily within manufacturing environments. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at Chelsea Building Products, Inc. since October 2019, Mike has expertise in ERP systems, specifically Infor XA, project management, and software/hardware support for Iseries(AS/400) environments. Prior to this role, Mike spent 27 years as IT Manager at Nortek Global HVAC, where involvement in major systems-related projects spanned facilities in the United States, Mexico, and Belgium. Key competencies include extensive ERP experience, data migration, various programming languages, barcoding hardware/software support, and network setup and maintenance. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Thiel College.
