Jim Andersen

Jim Andersen has a strong work experience in the real estate and development industry. Jim is currently working as the Chief Development Officer at Chelsea Investment Corporation since January 2022. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Chelsea Investment Corporation from October 2019 to April 2022.

Prior to joining Chelsea Investment Corporation, Jim was a Partner at JLA Development Associates, Inc. since January 2019.

From 2014 to 2018, Jim worked at Trammell Crow Company as the Senior Vice President (SVP).

Before that, they served as the President of NMS Properties, Inc. from November 2008 to July 2013.

Jim has also held leadership roles at Del Mar Development as the Chief Operating Officer in 2007, at Legacy Partners as a Senior Vice President and Partner from 1995 to 2007, at Bay Apartment Communities as the CFO in 1994, and at Trammell Crow Company as the Executive Vice President and CFO from 1987 to 1994.

Jim Andersen attended Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration from 1981 to 1984. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting during this time.
