Kristine Donaldson

Kristine Donaldson is an experienced project analyst and development manager currently with Chelsea Investment Corporation since September 2020. Previously, Donaldson served as a development consultant for an independent firm and as a legal assistant at Lori Gibson PC. Donaldson's significant tenure at Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation from April 2006 to December 2018 encompassed roles as Director of Asset Management and Operations and Senior Asset Manager, overseeing the organization’s affordable housing portfolio and maintaining communications with property managers. Prior work experience includes analytical positions at Thornburg Mortgage and the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, along with various internships related to housing and policy development. Donaldson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of New Mexico.
