Melissa Kershaw, MPT has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on organizational and professional development. Melissa served as the Executive Director of Chelsea Jewish Therapy Services from November 2010 to July 2015, followed by roles as Vice President of Professional Development and Education, and Vice President of Organizational Development at Chelsea Jewish Foundation starting in August 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Area Director of Rehabilitation Services at Norton and Associates, Inc from April 2002 to October 2010.

Melissa Kershaw completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology at Notre Dame College, followed by a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the same institution. Melissa further pursued a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership at Harvard Extension School. Additionally, Melissa holds certifications in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and is a Certified Positive Approach to Care Independent Consultant.
