The Company also produces and sells several other by-products of its zinc production process. The production of the Company is used in steel galvanizing, chemical industry and mechanical engineering. Chelyabinskiy Tsinkovyi Zavod PAO is a member of the International Zinc Association-Europe (IZA-Europe) and other associations. The Company operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries: Nova Holding AG and The Brock Metal Company Limited. The Company’s major shareholder is NF Holdings B.V.
