Ifeoma Chuks-Adizue

Ifeoma Chuks-Adizue is a seasoned Commercial professional with a rare mix of experience in Brand Management, Sales, Media and about 17years experience building brands, people and businesses across Africa within global FMCG companies.

Ifeoma joined CAP Plc in February 2021 as the Chief Commercial Officer at CAP PLC where she leads the development and execution of strategies to deliver the business growth agenda.

Prior to joining the Company, she was Head of Marketing Cocoa Beverages at Cadbury Nigeria, responsible for the growth of the business across Nigeria and Ghana as well as leading the Equity and Innovation agenda for the category across Middle East and Africa. During this time, she led her team to restart growth on the Bournvita Nigeria and Richoco Ghana businesses, delivering double-digit growth on both brands. Prior to joining Cadbury in May 2018, she was responsible for Procter & Gamble’s Oral Care business across West and East Africa, a portfolio she also led her team to grow double-digit in Nigeria during an economic recession; whilst doubling the Kenyan business in the same period. Over her 12-year career at Procter & Gamble, she held various Sales and Marketing roles such as Commercial Leader Baby Care, Group Media Manager West Africa, Regional Sales Manager and several Brand Manager roles.

Ifeoma holds a degree in Economics from the University of Jos where she graduated top of her class. She is a Registered Practitioner of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria and serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of FINCA Microfinance bank.
