John Merhib

John Merhib is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and compliance within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Service Manager at Chemoil Corporation since August 2021, John previously held various leadership roles at BJ Services from 2014 to February 2023, including EHS&Q Southeast Basin Advisor and DOT & Compliance Manager, where the focus was on ensuring OSHA compliance and managing operational risks. John began a career at BJ Services as a Dispatcher and progressed through roles that emphasized logistics support and resource management for critical operations across multiple states. Prior to the oil sector, John gained valuable experience as a General Manager and Company Training Manager at Magnum Foods, Inc. dba Little Caesars, where responsibilities included training and operational leadership in franchise settings. John is an alumnus of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and holds a high school diploma from Putnam City Original High School.
