Robert Craig

Robert Craig has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Robert is currently the Group Head of People at Chemring, where they have been working since 2019. Before that, they worked at Lockheed Martin as the Senior Program Lead for International Workforce Solutions & Intelligence and later as the Head of Talent & Organizational Capability for EMEA. Prior to that, Craig held multiple roles at Eaton Corporation, including Global people, process and technology project - EMEA Regional Lead and Airframes Business Unit - HR Leader. Robert also worked at Hampshire County Council as a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist and at GKN Aerospace as an HR Manager.

Robert Craig has a comprehensive education history that includes various academic achievements in different fields. Robert began their educational journey in 1994 at the University of Strathclyde, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. This program lasted for five years, concluding in 1999.

Following this, from 2002 to 2005, Robert attended BPP Malpas, where they obtained a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management. Robert then attended the University of Southampton for their MBA in Business Management, which took place from 2007 to 2010.

Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, Robert pursued a Certificate in Executive Coaching at the Henley Business School. Through this course, they further developed their skills in this specialized field.
