Sebastian Rubio De La Cuadra

Sebastian Rubio De La Cuadra has gained substantial work experience in the field of human resources. Sebastian has held various positions in different companies. Sebastian started their career as a Payroll Specialist at AFIC in 2006 and continued in that role until 2011. Sebastian then moved to The Lubrizol Corporation and worked as an HR Generalist from 2011 to 2014. Following that, Sebastian joined eDreams ODIGEO and held the positions of HR Administration Manager from 2014 to 2015 and HR Business Partner from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Netquest as an HR International Business Partner and remained with the company until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Sebastian worked at Redarbor as the Head of People Operations. Currently, they are employed by LIFULL Connect as the Head of Employee Relations.

Sebastian Rubio De La Cuadra completed a Postgrado en Gestión de Recursos Humanos at EADA Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales with a specialization in Seguridad e Higiene en el trabajo at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their education, Sebastian obtained a Diplomatura en Relaciones Laborales from Universitat de Barcelona between 2004 and 2007.
