Pat P. Tang is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor and technology sectors, currently serving as OSAT Sales at UTAC since 2024 while also being a Partner at AsiaInvest Group since 2019. With extensive experience in business and technology advisory roles at Stealth from 2014 to present, Pat has collaborated with various tech companies across multiple domains, including semiconductors, nanomaterials, digital health, and renewable energy. Previous positions include Director of Business Development and Products Technology Marketing at STATS ChipPAC Ltd. & Technology Ventures, Vice President and General Manager for Surfect Technologies in Asia, and General Manager for Asia Pacific at Ultratech, Inc.
