Albert Capps

Albert (Jesse) Capps has a diverse work experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting roles. Albert (Jesse) started their career as an Accounts Receivable Analyst and Junior Accountant at AMERICAN SYSTEMS in May 2000. Albert (Jesse) then joined NJVC, LLC in July 2001 as a Staff Accountant and progressively took on roles with increasing responsibilities. Albert (Jesse) served as a Job Cost Supervisor from November 2004 to October 2006, overseeing program control functions and providing leadership and guidance to the team. From November 2006 to February 2017, they served as the Financial Manager, Deputy Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at NJVC, LLC. In this role, they contributed to monthly internal cost reviews, conducted income statement projections, and played a key role in financial planning and analysis. Their most recent role was with Chenega Corporation as a Senior Financial System Analyst, starting in February 2017. Albert (Jesse) recently transitioned to the position of Director, Financial Planning & Cost Analysis in October 2021.
