Dave Casper

Dave Casper is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as District Sales Manager at Cheney Brothers Inc since July 2006. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Hobe Sound Golf Club and Executive Sous Chef at Jupiter Hills Club, as well as ownership of Casper's Restaurant for over a decade. Dave's culinary journey began at Livanos Restaurant as a Sous Chef, followed by an Evening Sous Chef position at Copper Mountain Resort. Education was obtained at The Culinary Institute of America, focusing on Culinary Arts.
