Doug Maxwell

Doug Maxwell has accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment over the years. Their journey began in 1998 as a Talent Acquisition Account Manager at Westport One, where they worked until 2012. Doug then transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital as a Healthcare Recruiter, focusing on various specialties until 2018. Following this, they moved on to Aegion Corporation as a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, managing staffing processes and conducting social media campaigns. In 2020, they joined Core & Main as a Professional Recruiter on a contract basis and later EyeCare Partners as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Recently, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Partner at ChenMed and is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the National Region. Their roles have involved overseeing full life cycle recruiting, managing a high volume of requisitions, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.

Doug Maxwell graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1997 with a BSBA in Business/Entrepreneurship. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Trust-Driven Inclusive Leadership" and "Licensed People Leader" from SocialTalent in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
