Since June 2014, Anand has held various senior roles at CHEP, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global CX Strategy & Enterprise Programs, where responsibilities include the development and delivery of customer experience strategies across a global organization. Prior positions encompass leading retail Go-To-Market efforts, managing key customer relationships in Canada, and optimizing national supply chain operations. Anand's earlier career at SNC-Lavalin involved pivotal roles in engineering and project management for significant infrastructure projects. Anand holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
