Lead Senior Software Engineer (web) at CHEQ

Khaled Mohammad has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Khaled is currently working at CHEQ Mobile Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, where they lead the Web Team and ensures a healthy developer culture while meeting business needs. Khaled successfully set up the core architecture of the Frontend for the customer-facing app and developed it from scratch, receiving positive feedback from management.

Prior to this, Khaled worked at FOMTree as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the Backend and Frontend teams. Khaled introduced various tools and systems, such as the Design System and linting tools, to accelerate Frontend development. Additionally, they implemented and enforced a git workflow, improving development efficiency.

Before FOMTree, Khaled worked at Islamic Resource Development - IRD as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in the full lifecycle of multiple projects. Khaled played a key role in developing the Quran Mazid website.

During the period from 2013 to 2019, Khaled worked as a Software Developer for various clients, both locally and globally. Khaled worked on different stacks, including JS, C, C++, and C#, gaining experience in diverse technologies.

In 2017, Khaled briefly worked at Innovation Softs as a Web Developer.

Khaled Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from BRAC University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Khaled completed Coursera courses including "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" in October 2020, "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization" in July 2020, "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" in June 2020, and "Machine Learning" in August 2018. Khaled also holds a Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2022. Furthermore, they have received edX Honor Code Certificates for Introduction to Computer Science and Microsoft DEV210x: Introduction to C++, though the specific dates of completion are not provided.
