Naiara Urteaga

Naiara Urteaga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and customer success within the SaaS industry and healthcare sector. Currently serving as VP of Revenue Operations and Head of Sales at Cheqroom since January 2021, Naiara is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing customer retention. Naiara is also an EMEA Associate Member of Pavilion, contributing to a network focused on the professional development of revenue leaders. Prior experience at GE Healthcare includes roles such as Operations Excellence Leader and Customer Performance Leader for LATAM, where Naiara led teams to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Naiara began a career in operations at Creditas and Forever 21, following a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universitat d'Alacant.
