Jodie Gilbert

Jodie Gilbert is the EGM at Cherokee Federal. Jodie has also worked as the Program Director-Construction at Cherokee Nation Businesses, the Program Manager at Cherokee CRC, and with BSA Troop 26 and Civil Air Patrol.

Jodie has been in the construction field for over 20 years. Jodie has managed and supervised personnel and projects for federal clients including the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Army, US Air Force, US Department of Agriculture, and Bureau of Indian Affairs. Individual project ranges have gone up to $26MM, and individual contract ranges have gone up to $49MM. Jodie has also been responsible for developing enterprise-wide best practices/guidance and Standards of Practice for the Environmental and Construction Sector.

In their current position as EGM at Cherokee Federal, Jodie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes financial planning and budgeting, employment, business development, and operations supervision.

Jodie Gilbert attended Oklahoma State University, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology-Construction Management, with a minor in Business/Information Systems. Jodie then attended Bishop Kelley High School, where they received their High School Diploma. Jodie is also certified by the American Institute of Constructors as a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), the Federal Aviation Administration as a Certified Flight Instructor, and the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Jodie is also certified by the Federal Aviation Administration as a Commercial Pilot-Instrument and by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission as an Oklahoma Real Estate Commission-Associate (Inactive).

Their manager is Steven Bilby, CNB President. Some individuals on their team include John Sparkman - OGM - CNES, Bill Owens - OGM - CN Development Group?, and Sylvia Ivanova - Chief Estimator. They work with Josh Womack - Government Contracts Manager, Tiffany Quinn - Growth & Performance Director.
