Terry M.

Terry M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career in the US Army as a Bradley Mechanic, providing maintenance support to different Army units. Terry then transitioned into a role as the Director of Recruiting, where they managed recruitment operations, logistics, market research, and talent management strategies. They later served as the Regional Director of Training and Recruiting, responsible for administering recruitment training and developing training programs for a large organization. After leaving the military, Terry worked as the Director of Career Services at Corinthian Colleges, where they implemented strategies for student outreach and employment. They also owned and operated their own consulting firm, Messman Consulting. Within this role, Terry served as the CEO and Executive Board Member for Fitzwilliams Financial. Additionally, Terry has experience in human resources, having worked as a Manager of Human Resources at ACADEMI and as an HR Manager/Senior Executive Recruiter at S.B. Ballard Construction Co. They also worked at ARMADA, Ltd. as a Professional Recruiter and currently hold the position of International Recruiter at Cherokee Federal.

Terry M. pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from TUI University between the years 2009 and 2011. Later, from 2017 to 2023, Terry attended Strayer University to obtain a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a concentration in Leadership.
