Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Director, Humanitarian Services at Caliburn - Comprehensive Health Services, managing multiple emergency shelters. Vincent E. also held the position of Director of Operations and Quality at Caliburn - Comprehensive Health Services, where they were responsible for a 2500-bed emergency influx care facility.

Before joining Caliburn, Vincent had significant experience in the military healthcare sector. Vincent E. served as the Command Sergeant Major and Chief Operating Officer at Keller Army Community Hospital / West Point Health Service Area and Moncrief Army Community Hospital, where they oversaw hospital operations and the training of medical personnel.
